?Requirements
- Experienced in procurement and logistics (China & EU)
- Import professional with a structured approach
- Good understanding of the Ukrainian language
- English B1 for working with international suppliers
- Strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills
- Confident in Excel / Google Sheets
- Self-organized and detail-oriented
- Familiar with CRM or ERP systems

?Responsibilities
- Manage procurement for the sales department
- Handle financial settlements with suppliers and partners
- Source and attract new partners: 80% wholesale, 20% dropshipping
- Calculate and purchase components for in-house production
- Find and manage suppliers, including outsourced manufacturers
- Ensure product quality and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Build and manage supplier networks in China and Europe
- Calculate logistics costs, customs fees, and shipping expenses
- Order small product batches via platforms: Temu, AliExpress, etc.
- Negotiate with logistics companies: China, Europe
- Conduct all purchases through the internal database system
- Monitor product costs and prepare monthly financial reports
- Create reports for management and suggest improvements for procurement processes
