We are looking for a highly motivated Intern Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on challenges with confidence and initiative. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. If you have a natural drive for organization, problem-solving, and leadership, we want you on our team!
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in IT, management, or related fields);
- Completion of project management courses;
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.);
- Familiarity with JIRA and general IT terminology;
- Experience in creating documentation, manuals, or process descriptions;
- Previous exposure to QA, development, or system administration;
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Strong multitasking abilities and confidence in decision-making;
- Independent, with strong communication and leadership skills;
- Native Ukrainian and Upper-Intermediate+ English.

Would be a plus:
- Participation in organizations like AIESEC.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in planning, organizing, and overseeing project execution;
- Acting as a bridge between the team and clients, ensuring clear communication;
- Managing project documentation and preparing reports;
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring the quality of task completion;
- Identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies;
- Contributing to the development and implementation of project management processes and tools.
