What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create high-converting product images for Amazon (main, lifestyle, infographic, secondary)
- Design and build impactful A+ Content that clearly communicates product benefits, tells a visual story, and reflects our brand style
- Retouch product and lifestyle photography to meet high visual standards and emotional appeal
- Optimize existing visuals based on analytics, A/B testing, CTR/CVR performance, customer feedback, and marketplace competition
- Develop print-ready assets such as packaging, inserts, and instruction cards
- Adjust visuals to seasonal campaigns, holidays, and sales events
- Organize and maintain a structured, easy-to-navigate design asset system
- Proactively identify opportunities for improving existing visuals without being prompted
- Use AI tools (e.g. for mockups, image generation, cleanup, automation) confidently and regularly as part of your daily workflow

What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in graphic design, especially e-commerce and Amazon
- Strong portfolio: listing images, A+ content, branding examples
- Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Strong photo editing and composition skills
- Experience with packaging and print (Pantone, Spot Color, etc.)
- Understanding of CTR, CVR, and how visuals influence conversion
- Familiarity with Amazon image requirements
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Confident use of AI tools for design automation or enhancement
