Procurement manager (Based in China Only)
Job description
Piche Ltd specializes in warehouse building design and construction. Our list of complete projects consists of warehouses, storage and retail units, sport halls, factories, bulk storage, farms and other agricultural buildings.
We are different from other companies as we offer our clients both — design and building works which saves our client time and financial resources. Piche Ltd provides fast project development by use of 3D design tools and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
Requirements and skills:
- Experience and/or education in the field of construction;
- Proven work experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar role;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies;
- Excellent knowledge of Chinese and English;
- Ability to work independently and find ways to achieve set goals

Job Description:
- Research suppliers of goods and services;
- Organize and control the procurement process for construction materials;
- Cooperation with local and international suppliers;
- Conducting and analyzing price surveys, project optimization;
- Planning and organizing the delivery of goods.
