We specialize in North American freight logistics and offer comprehensive dispatch services to our clients across the U.S. We’re a growing team looking for motivated individuals to join us on our journey.
? Responsibilities

Coordinate and dispatch freight for U.S.-based carriers

Communicate with drivers, brokers, and clients via phone and email

Negotiate rates and build relationships with brokers

Plan, schedule, and track shipments in real-time

Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems

Monitor deliveries and resolve any issues during transit

Collaborate with team members in Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, and the U.S.

?‍? Who We’re Looking For
We are hiring for both:

Entry-level candidates — no experience required; full training provided

Experienced dispatchers/logistics coordinators — your skills are highly valued

? Requirements

Fluent English (spoken and written) — MUST HAVE

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer proficiency (Google Sheets, email, etc.)

Willingness to learn and work in the U.S. logistics industry

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to work U.S. business hours (evening shift in Ukraine)
