Requirements:
- English Strong B2+ level
- Ukrainian С2 level
- 2−3 years of experience in a customer support, technical support, or client-facing role within an IT or fintech environment
- Understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and digital wallets (basic technical knowledge is a strong plus)
- Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) and CRM tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and escalate technical issues effectively
- Ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A customer-centric mindset and a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Willingness to work in shifts or weekends, if required by the support schedule
- Team player with a high degree of responsibility and attention to detail
- Familiarity with KYC/AML procedures, transaction monitoring, or crypto compliance is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email, social networks and chats
- Maintain and enhance the Customer Support space in Confluence (documentation related to this role)
- Provide support during technical integration & process related questions/requests
- Work with internal Excel spreadsheets
- Work with the internal admin panel

- Schedule: 1st-2nd month with a fixed schedule: 10:00—18:00 Mon-Fri.
- Starting from the 2nd-3rd month:: 14:00 — 22:00 Sunday — Thursday (time zone of Ukraine).
