Customer support manager with Knowledge of English.
Evaluation Criteria:
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage);
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients;
- Politeness and professionalism in communication;
- Results-oriented and capable of working in a high-paced environment;
- Confident PC and office software user;
- Residency in Lviv.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming inquiries from clients and providing necessary information about the company’s services;
- Assisting clients in resolving their issues promptly;
- Registering and processing information in the system;
- Ensuring high-quality customer service.
