About the Role As a Senior Tech Lead (Full stack developer), you’ll drive the development of our AI-powered communication platform while preparing to transition into an Architect role. You’ll lead technical execution, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. This role is designed for leaders ready to grow into strategic architects while maintaining hands-on technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities ? Technical Leadership
Lead a team of developers in building scalable, real-time communication features.
Guide technical decisions across the stack (frontend, backend, DevOps).
Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices (Agile/Scrum).
? Architectural Growth
Collaborate with architects to design AI -integrated solutions.
Contribute to system design reviews and cloud-native architecture planning (AWS/Azure).
Optimize existing systems for scalability and cost-efficiency.
? Team Development
Mentor engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Conduct code reviews and drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines.
Partner with product managers to align technical execution with business goals.

Lead high-impact projects with architectural complexity (e.g., real-time APIs, AI workflows).
Shadow senior architects to gain exposure to enterprise-level system design.
Develop skills in cloud infrastructure, microservices, and cross-team collaboration.
What We’re Looking For ? Required:
5+ years in software development, including 2+ years leading engineering teams.
Expertise in full-stack development:
The main focus to be: Python
Frontend: React, Next.js, or similar modern frameworks.
Backend: Java, Python, or C# (.NET Core).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
? Bonus:
Exposure to AI integration or real-time communication systems (WebRTC, VoIP).
Familiarity with architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven design).
Certifications in cloud architecture or project management (PMP, Scrum Master).
