Head’s of Amazon Mission
Take full ownership of our Amazon channel — drive its growth, profitability, and operational excellence. Build and lead a cross-functional team, design and execute data-driven strategies, and work directly with the CEO on transforming great products into category best-sellers.
Zone of Impact
- Define and execute Amazon growth strategy: forecasting, budgeting, revenue & margin ownership;
- Lead Amazon PPC and marketing tools (Deals, Coupons, BTP, Meta, TikTok, etc.);
- Build and manage a high-performing Amazon team: set sprints, track KPIs, scale people and results;
- Dive into data: Helium10, Brand Analytics, Sellerboard, etc. — find insights, make decisions;
- Ensure account health & compliance: proactive issue-solving & listing protection;
- Optimize performance: conversion, traffic, pricing, content;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, R&D;
- Own customer journey: listings, A+, Storefronts, Brand Stories.

This role is for you if…
- You’re not just managing — you own results;
- You’ve already led Amazon teams or business units with measurable success;
- You understand PPC strategy, campaign planning, and what makes TACoS/ACoS actually matter;
- You’ve worked with tools like Helium10, JungleScout, DataDive, Sellerboard and feel at home in dashboards and spreadsheets;
- You know how Amazon algorithms, compliance, and promotions influence revenue and margin, and can plan accordingly;
- You can build and lead a team — setting sprints, goals, giving feedback, driving accountability;
- You can connect with Supply Chain, R&D, Finance and keep everyone aligned;
- You know how to scale products into best-sellers;
- You’re fluent in English (C1+) and comfortable working in a remote-first international team;
- You have a «hands-on» attitude — ready to dive in, not just supervise;
- You’re a strategic thinker and natural problem-solver who thrives on autonomy;
- You believe that great leadership is about clarity, trust, and speed.
