We are looking for Dispatcher
Requirements:
- Proven commercial experience, 2+ years, as a freight dispatcher with open decks on the US market
- Fluent English level (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced level)
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient experience using DAT load board
- In-depth knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in transportation management software systems (TMS) and GPS tracking systems.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to DOT regulations and company safety standards during load pick-up, transit, and delivery.
- Oversee and verify cargo loading and securement procedures.
- Strategically acquire the most efficient loads to maintain cost and profit effectiveness for the company.
- Update equipment and load-related information in corporate CRM, Google Drive, and loading board.
- Constant communication with drivers: updates, questions, solutions.
