About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced freelance Pattern Maker specializing in fitted women’s clothing to join our team on a per-client, per-order basis. You’ll collaborate directly with us and our manufacturers to create precise patterns and detailed tech packs. This is a flexible, remote, freelance opportunity, perfect for someone skilled in garment construction seeking project-based engagements.
Responsibilities:

Develop accurate patterns for women’s fitted apparel.

Create comprehensive tech packs in English to ensure clear communication with manufacturers.

Collaborate closely with manufacturers to ensure production feasibility and high-quality outcomes.

Adjust and refine patterns based on client feedback and fitting requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Pattern Maker, specifically in women’s fitted garments.

Portfolio showcasing previous pattern work and completed garments.

Experience working directly with clothing manufacturers.

Ability to create detailed and clear tech packs in English.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to garment fit and quality.

Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
