Accountant — Remote (Ukraine-based) | Elite Furniture Moving (San Diego, CA)
We’re a growing moving company based in San Diego, California, and we’re looking for a reliable Accountant to join our remote team!
What you’ll do:

Review completed moving jobs and verify final invoices

Calculate payroll for movers and drivers based on job data

Track job costs and employee hours

Assist with monthly reporting and basic bookkeeping

Communicate with our dispatch team and management

What we’re looking for:

Experience with accounting or payroll (1+ year preferred)

Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Good English reading and writing

Comfortable working with spreadsheets and online tools

Bonus: experience with U.S.-based companies or moving industry

Working hours: Flexible, but some overlap with California time is preferred.
