Ajax Systems is an international technology company and Europe’s largest developer and manufacturer of security systems with smart home capabilities. Ajax products are part of an ecosystem with more than 70 devices. Our technologies protect premises from burglary, fire, or water leaking, and allow control of home appliances. We are looking for a translator with a high level of English and Ukrainian, as well as experience working with product/marketing content and technical texts.The translator will work in the Writing & Editing Team alongside writers and editors.The team is part of a large In-house Agency within the Marketing Department. Together with the teams of Technical Documentation, Localization, Design, and Content Management, Writing & Editing Team creates and adapts content that embodies the product idea and presents it to audiences in more than 187 countries.
As a translator, you will work with the following formats:
- Product pages and website pages.
- Blog articles in various formats.
- Customer stories.
- Speeches.
- Video scripts.
- Slogans.
- Newsletters, partner materials, etc.

Key requirements:
- High language proficiency: English (C1) and Ukrainian (native).
- At least 2 years of professional experience in translating from English to Ukrainian and vice versa.
- Experience in working with marketing and technical topics.
- Experience in working with CAT tools and glossaries;
- Experience in working with CrowdIn would be an advantage.
- Self-discipline and high standards for the results of your work.
- Meeting deadlines and ability to follow and adapt to the defined editorial guidelines and tone of voice.
- Ability to quickly adapt and switch between different topics, formats, and tasks.
- Team player: skills of effective communication and readiness to interact with other teams for a better result.
- Experience in editing would be an advantage.
