About the Role As a Talent Sourcer/Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in identifying and engaging exceptional professionals. You’ll help expand our talent network and ensure high-quality candidate delivery across a range of roles — both in tech and non-tech domains, including IT and HLKS (Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Sanitär).
What You’ll Do

Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and attract passive and active candidates across European countries and Ukraine using a wide variety of sourcing channels.

Candidate Engagement: Craft compelling, personalized messages to engage potential candidates and build strong connections.

Market Research: Stay informed about talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity across multiple regions.

Collaboration: Work closely with our recruitment team to understand client needs and align your sourcing strategy accordingly.

Initial Screening: Conduct brief initial calls or screens to assess qualifications and cultural fit.

Pipeline Nurturing: Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

Experience: 0,5 year of experience in sourcing/recruitment or a solid foundation from relevant courses or bootcamps — we’re open to junior specialists and recent graduates!

Languages: German and/or Upper-Intermediate English.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mindset: Self-starter, results-driven, and eager to learn.

Tech-savvy: Comfortable using sourcing tools, ATS/CRM systems, and social media platforms.
