Customer Support Agent (French + English)

Hi there! We’re Nutrisolution — a small but ambitious team creating natural, science-backed food supplements to help people live better. Since 2018, we’ve been working closely with doctors, naturopaths, and researchers from our Paris HQ.
Now, we’re building our Customer Support team from scratch — and we want you to help shape it with us.
? What you’ll do:

Talk to our amazing customers in French and English via emails mostly. We have calls but our aim is to remove this option.

Answer questions, resolve issues, process refunds, respond to reviews and social media comments

Do everything possible to keep our customers happy and our reputation strong

Share customer insights with the wider team — you’ll be the voice of the people ?

? What we’re looking for:

Excellent French (spoken and written), good English too

A kind, calm communicator who likes helping people

Someone who’s not afraid to take ownership and dig into tasks

Experience in customer support? Awesome. If not — we’ll guide you.

Comfortable using a browser and tools like email, spreadsheets or helpdesk apps

? What we offer:

Salary: 45,000−60,000 UAH/month (To be discussed)

Remote work, Mon-Fri (full-time) (Possible schedule with weekend shifts but two days of holidays a week are required)
