Entertainment Coordinator (Remote)
We’re looking for an English-speaking, internationally-minded Entertainment Coordinator to join our team.
Who we are:
We’re Comme il Faut show production, the company that has been creating outstanding shows for major and gala events around the world for over 15 years.
What you’ll do:
You’ll arrange and coordinate everything necessary for artists' live performances.
Key responsibilities are:
Remote
- Liaising with artists to check availability and negotiate rates (including verbal and written communication in English)
- Gathering, processing, and editing information provided by artists; maintaining up-to-date databases
- Researching and identifying new artists and shows
- Sourcing information upon request
- Researching details needed to organise hospitality and technical riders for performances
- Planning, booking, and coordinating travel and transportation logistics for artists' performances at abroad events (including, but not limited to, hotels, transfers, etc.)

At the event venue
- Overseeing the successful execution of live performances

What we’re looking for:
- Passion in music, art and live performance
- Experience in managing live performances would be a plus
- Experience in multitasking under tight deadlines and understanding of priorities
- Strong management skills with the ability to interact effectively, professionally
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills (impeccable English grammar and pronunciation), with the ability to communicate in writing, over the phone, and in person in a warm, friendly way that is brand-appropriate for Comme il Faut
- Suitable work-from-home setup with a Mac OS PC or laptop
- Strong tech skills and ability to be technically mobile while working on-site: email, video calls, WhatsApp, Excel, Keynote, Pages, photo and video editor software
- Ability and willingness to travel abroad for short- and medium-term events (from 3 days up to 1 month).

What we offer:
- Full-time, remote work format
- Five-day work week with flexible work schedule from home with mandatory availability during working hours (10:00—19:00 Kyiv time) and availability on a Saturday for text messages to artists if any
- Fixed monthly payment with project-based bonuses
- Participation in overseas events on a project basis
- Practical experience in collaborating and communicating with creative talents across different cultures and countries
