About Us
NIPAI is an international educational platform in the field of performing arts, working with directors, performers, educators, choreographers, and arts managers from over 50 countries. We specialize in distance learning programs, intensive workshops in Europe, international conferences, and projects in theatre education.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination of the institute’s marketing and communications activities, including:
- Email Marketing & Communications: Responding to incoming applications and inquiries; Newsletter and campaign management across the NIPAI database
- Program Promotion: Publishing and promoting courses and events; Setting up and analyzing ad campaigns on social media and search engines; SEO optimization of websites
- Content & Visual Communications: Overseeing the content calendar (social media, newsletters, announcements); Creating visuals, presentations, and landing pages
- Audience Engagement: Supporting current students; Supporting workshop and conference participants; Maintaining and updating databases
- Team Support: Using task planning and document management tools effectively

Our Expectations
- At least 2 years of experience in educational, cultural, or international projects
- Strong written and visual communication skills
- Experience in email marketing, CRM systems, website editors, and online platforms
- Proficient English language skills
- Ability to manage time and priorities independently
- Attention to detail, discipline, and readiness for a high-paced workload

Travel Requirement
Occasional short-term business trips (approximately 1−2 weeks) to support workshops or conferences in Europe may be required, approximately 2 to 5 times per year. All travel expenses — including transportation, accommodation, and daily allowance — are fully covered by the organization.
