Mid/Senior Machine-Learning Engineer (Full-Stack AI Stack) Why this role matters The core of our product is a conversational brain that answers from a proprietary knowledge base, manipulates tables, and speaks human language in real time. We need an ML expert who has already put such brains into users' hands—and who can also dive into data plumbing or infra scripts when necessary.
What you’ll do
- Finetune, distill, and evaluate LLMs for multi-turn dialogue, tool-calling, and table reasoning.
- Implement RAG pipelines (chunking, re-ranking, citation injection) and keep latency as small as possible.
- Build automated evaluation suites—synthetic & human loops, regression tests for bias/toxicity.
- Pair with Data Engineers to shape ETL and with DevOps to productionise models via BentoML/KServe or similar.
- Drive post-release optimisation: profiling GPU/CPU usage, quantisation, and batching.

We hope you bring
- 3+ years in ML, 2+ with large language models or transformers in production.
- Proof you’ve shipped at least one AI assistant, chatbot, or agent system used by external clients.
- Strong coding skills (Python, PyTorch/JAX) and working knowledge of data infra (Spark, SQL).
- Comfort reading Kubernetes manifests or Terraform modules when something is on fire.

Extra credit
- Experience with spreadsheet reasoning (alpha-/beta-code interpreters, formula synthesis). Publications or open-source repos in the LLM/RAG space.
