MindCRM is a software company that provide unique software, suitable for increasing profits and managing sales and customer service departments, in organizations and businesses, in a variety of sales, marketing and employee management aspects.
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales development team.
- Work involves direct collaboration with the Business Development Manager and CEO to help advance sales.
- Also, creating new business opportunities through proactive inquiries on a variety of social media tools, especially cold calls

Areas of responsibilities:
- First stages of the sales cycle, up to the transfer to the Account Manager
- Understanding customer’s needs and offering a value proposition that matches their requirements with precision and refinement of the product’s benefits
- Communicating potential customers via phone, email, video, LinkedIn and other sales and marketing tools to create new interest and business potential
- Managing and updating lead activity in CRM systems and relevant other platforms
- Collaborating with the Marketing and Digital Department to build a penetration strategy and sell to new potential customers

Requirements:
- Experience working with the business sector.
- Ability to connect with a variety of customers through cold calls.
- Ability to characterize potential clients before contacting them.
- Basic technological knowledge and access to advanced systems.
- Knowledge in Hebrew.
