We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Regulatory & Corporate International Lawyer to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for a legal professional with initial experience in international law and a strong interest in regulatory frameworks, licensing, and compliance procedures.
Requirements:
- experience in igaming industry from 2 years;
- experience in compliance of igaming websites would be plus;
- excellent legal research, analytical and organizational skills;
- strong critical thinking abilities;
- fluent English — written and spoken;

Responsibilities:
- handling international structuring, and provide efficient legal support for the company’s daily operational activities;
- daily support other teams with onboarding and company KYC-related requests involving payment service providers (PSPs);
- monitoring, review on compliance of websites operating with igaming licenses, preparations of website’s policies;
- preparation and coordination of documentation for igaming license applications and regulatory submissions;
- liaising with local advisors worldwide on legal matters, if necessary;
- liaise with local legal advisors worldwide on jurisdiction-specific legal matters, when necessary;
- performing other legal tasks assigned by the manager;
