About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Coordinator — Consumer Electronics (Switzerland market) to take ownership of sales development with the leading online seller in Switzerland, for a portfolio of consumer electronics brands. You will manage the day-to-day performance of our product listings, drive promotional campaigns, and maintain direct contact with Product Managers to increase both automated and manual orders.
This is a strategic B2B sales role where you will serve as the key liaison between our company and client, responsible for revenue and profitability across 5−10 consumer electronics brands.
This position can be fully remote, or if you’re based in Prague, you’re welcome to work from our office as well.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales operations for 5−10 consumer electronics brands.
- Monitor and optimize automated order processes.
- Ensure product listings are complete, accurate, and well-ranked.
- Analyze campaign results, generate reports, and identify performance improvements.
- Align with purchasing and data teams to ensure correct pricing and stock availability.
- Report sales KPIs to the Head of Distribution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients’s Product Managers.
- Organise and lead business review meetings and negotiations on pricing, assortment, and promotions.
- Plan, propose, and execute promotional activities around seasonal campaigns (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas).
- Track stock levels, pricing competitiveness, and competitor activities to ensure our offers are winning daily.
Key Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales coordination, ideally in B2B, e-commerce and consumer electronics.
- Proven success in managing key accounts and client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with sales data and spreadsheets.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive approach to solve problems.
- Hands-on experience with promotional planning, category management, or e-commerce performance metrics.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (e.g. purchasing, data, logistics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; German is an advantage but not a must.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP or order management systems is a plus.
