New Vision Agency is a Ukrainian-American company providing BIM and VDC outsourcing services to U.S.-based general contractors, architects, and developers. Our team specializes in high-quality 3D modeling, clash detection, coordination, and visual documentation for complex commercial and residential projects.
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to help us grow our client base in the AEC sector, with a strong focus on outbound outreach, lead qualification, and deal closing.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and qualify new leads through LinkedIn, construction platforms, and event outreach
Conduct intro calls using proven scripts and industry-specific consultative approaches
Coordinate with internal estimators to prepare and deliver proposals
Own the follow-up process and maintain deal momentum until closure
Support project teams in developing client relationships and driving account expansion
Maintain accurate CRM records (we use Pipedrive) and monitor outreach performance
Occasionally engage on LinkedIn to strengthen brand presence in the BIM/VDC space
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and consultative sales skills
Hands-on experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or client development
Bonus: familiarity with the AEC, BIM, VDC, or prefab industry
Proactive, structured, and self-directed approach to outreach
