USKO Expedite, Inc is a fast-growing U.S.-based transportation and logistics company, actively expanding across North America and Europe. With offices in Warsaw, Odesa, and Varna, we are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Odesa.
? We Offer:
- Rate: $3.50/hour (net)
- Schedule: 16:00 — 01:00 Kyiv time, Mon-Fri (in-office until 11:00 PM, then remote)
- Work from office/hybrid in city center (Troitska St.)
- Taxi compensation after shift

? Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with drivers during the recruitment process (calls, chats, emails)
- Work with documents: drivers, vehicles, insurance companies
- Coordinate with other departments: dispatch, tracking, accounting
- Work with our internal logistics and CRM systems

? Our Requirements:
- English (B2+), written & spoken
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Docs, messaging tools)
- No experience? No problem. We provide training
