About FlightClub:
FlightClub is a fast-growing aviation platform based in North America. We help private aircraft owners rent their airplanes to qualified pilots, making flying more affordable while keeping aircraft airworthy. Our mission is to support general aviation by making aircraft ownership sustainable and accessible.
We are looking for a highly organized, English-speaking team member to support our sales team by reaching out to leads, setting up meetings, and helping us grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and email prospective customers to introduce FlightClub
Schedule sales calls and demos for the sales manager
Send follow-up messages and appointment reminders
Keep CRM systems, call notes, and calendars organized
Communicate clearly and professionally with pilots and aircraft owners
Assist with basic sales materials, templates, and email draft
Assist sales team with other tasks and responsibilities
Requirements:
Strong English (spoken and written) — required for phone and email communication
Experience making outbound calls or sales support is a plus
Comfortable using tools like Google Calendar, Gmail, and CRM platforms
Strong attention to detail and task tracking
Clear, confident communication and a friendly tone
Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic
Work in New York time zone business hours
