Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Campaigns
- Plan and implement digital marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C segments.
- Define and segment target audiences for optimal campaign performance.
Digital Channel Management
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Maintain and update website content.
- Launch and monitor email marketing campaigns (Brevo or similar).
- Create visual and written content aligned with brand identity (using Canva or Photoshop).
SEO / SEM
- Optimize website for search engine visibility (on-page and off-page SEO).
- Launch and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Analytics & Reporting
- Use Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush to track and improve performance.
- Create monthly reports with actionable insights.
Market Research
- Analyze digital trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies.
- Propose new campaign ideas or digital growth opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience
- 1−2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, psychology, or similar — a plus.
Preferred Certifications
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- HubSpot
- Meta Blueprint
Technical Skills
- SEO and SEM strategy and execution.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush.
- Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation tools. Basic skills in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other content/design tools.
Soft Skills
- Strategic thinking and a data-driven mindset.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
