For over 7 years, we have been successfully operating in the US and European markets, growing on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify. Today, our team consists of more than 35 professionals united by their drive for results and passion for developing the pet products industry.
We are currently looking for a Head of PPC who will build the PPC department from scratch, establish processes, and become a key player in scaling our advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build the structure and workflow of the PPC department from the ground up.
- Set up a system of reporting, monitoring, and quality control.
- Manage a team of PPC specialists (up to 5 people, with potential for growth).
- Analyze results and implement best practices to optimize processes.
- Work with large advertising budgets (six figures monthly).
- Collaborate with the founders and other company departments.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience with Amazon PPC.
- 2+ years of experience managing a PPC team.
- Strong understanding of analytics and campaign optimization.
- Skills in building reporting and quality control systems.
- Experience working with large advertising budgets.
- Ability to build processes and effectively manage a team.
- English level: B1 or higher.

Working Conditions:
- Remote work format.
- Schedule: 10:00−19:00 Kyiv time, 5/2.
- Salary: $4000-$6000 (based on interview results
