What You’ll Do

Partner with admins, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Conduct technical analysis and propose architecture that aligns with organizational goals.

Design, build, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and Triggers.

Drive smooth deployments through Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce DevOps best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring high system reliability and performance.

Stay current with Salesforce releases, tools, and industry best practices to improve platform functionality.

What You’ll Bring

3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, Flows, and Triggers.

Familiarity with one or more of the following: Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing/Pardot.

Solid understanding of Salesforce administration, data structures, and security best practices.

Experience working with Git and modern deployment pipelines.

Strong organizational and time management skills in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201, ADM-211)

Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification

Salesforce Platform Developer Certification

Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
