We are searching for a self-organized engineer to integrate modern AI solutions into our products and processes. You will not just «plug in» APIs — your role is to design and implement intelligent architectures that truly enhance customer experience and improve business performance.
Responsibilities
- Integrate voice assistants, AI chats, and speech/image recognition systems
- Configure and optimize solutions based on OpenAI, Google AI, and other platforms
- Collaborate with development, marketing, and customer service teams to identify high-impact AI use cases
- Work with APIs, data streams, and microservice architectures
- Test, refine, and scale implemented solutions

Requirements
- Proven experience integrating external services and APIs
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, ElevenLabs, etc.)
- Ability to configure and adapt AI models to business needs
- Strong knowledge of Node.js or Python (at least one required)
- English B1: able to read documentation and communicate with support teams
- Interest in Fintech and creating functional, value-driven solutions rather than «toys»

Nice to Have
- Experience implementing voice interfaces (Twilio, Dialogflow, Whisper)
- Experience with n8n or similar process automation tools
- Basic understanding of ML / NLP concepts and willingness to explore them further
- Experience with high-load systems
