ОПИС ВАКАНСІЇ

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager for Power Stations and ESS to join our growing team. Dimax Group is a German manufacturer of generators, portable power stations, garden equipment, and auto components under the Könner & Söhnen® brand, present in 20+ countries. We are a rapidly growing company, twice recognized in the Forbes Diamonds rating (2023, 2025).
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business & Sales Development:
- Attract new clients through market analysis, cold calls, and meetings with key decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from presentations and technical consultations to contract execution and control.
- Develop long-term relationships with existing clients and the dealer network, providing proactive dealer support.
- Participate in tenders: monitoring, preparing documentation, and supporting deals.
- Reporting and budget tracking.

Market Analysis & Optimization:
- Conduct market research and price analysis, competitive analysis, and implement effective pricing strategies.
- Possess a deep understanding of the sales domain, direct competitors, and the market environment.

Management & Development:
- Develop the competencies of the sales team and dealers through targeted sales and coaching.
- Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product management, customer service, and after-sales departments.
- Identify future staffing needs, recruit, and onboard personnel.
- General networking, including participation in exhibitions and industry events.

Candidate Expectations
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales of technical equipment.
- Technical Background: Understanding of generators, UPS, batteries (АКБ), and the ability to read technical documentation.
- Market: Experience collaborating with developers, communal enterprises, and participating in tenders.
- Sales Skills: High level of negotiation, presentation, and objection handling skills.
- Education: Higher technical (engineering) education is mandatory.
- English Language: C1 level.
- Other: Proficient PC user (CRM, office programs), driver’s license, willingness to travel for business.
- Soft Skills: Communication skills, results-oriented, independent, analytical, stress-resistant, proactive.
