We’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with a strong background in backend and API testing — ideally with exposure to blockchain-based systems — to help ensure the reliability and security of our digital platforms.
You’ll be testing backend services, APIs, and distributed systems for a real-time, blockchain-based trading platform. You’ll work on backend microservices that interact directly with the Solana blockchain and process high-volume, low-latency financial data.
You’ll join a cross-functional team of 10+ skilled professionals, working remotely.
? What You’ll Do
- Design and maintain test plans, checklists, and test cases for backend services and blockchain-based components
- Perform manual testing of APIs, data flows, and microservices
- Conduct blockchain smart contract validation (read transactions, test contract behavior)
- Execute regression, and post-deployment testing
- Test transaction flows, error handling, and blockchain integration logic
- Analyze logs and monitor requests using tools like Postman, Charles Proxy, and Swagger
- Document test results, defects, and verification outcomes in a structured way
- Collaborate with backend developers, DevOps, and product managers to ensure system resilience and data integrity
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and functional standards

? What We Expect
- 3+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer with a focus on backend/API testing
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, bug lifecycle, and testing methodologies
- Experience testing RESTful APIs, backend logic, and distributed services
- Hands-on experience with Postman, Swagger, Charles Proxy, and TestRail
- Basic familiarity with blockchain architecture, transaction flows, and smart contracts (Solidity or similar)
- Ability to write clear test documentation and reproduce complex bugs
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B1/B2) or higher
- Analytical thinking, clear communication, and initiative

? Nice to Have
- Experience working with or testing blockchain systems
- Familiarity with smart contract testing frameworks
- Understanding of webhooks, message queues, and backend observability
- Experience with automated API testing (e.g. Postman collections, REST Assured, Playwright)
- Familiarity with Agile workflows and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Notion)
- Security-focused mindset (e.g. checking API authorization/permissions)
