ОПИС ВАКАНСІЇ

We are looking for an experienced Relations & Support Manager to work with external contractors. You will help from onboarding to regular support and communication — all in English. Your job is to create simple and effective communication that helps the team succeed. We are a strong team with clear processes and good chances to grow.
We work fully remote — you can live and work anywhere in the world. Our team is friendly, and our processes are easy to understand and transparent. We use modern tools and always welcome your ideas and initiatives.
What we offer:
- Salary $1200−1500 + bonuses starting from $60 for each contractor fair pay for your work.
- Stable work hours from 5 PM to 2 AM (Monday to Friday) — no shift rotations or night shifts. Great if you don’t like waking up early.

What we expect:
- Your English level is C1-C2 — you speak fluently and confidently, and easily communicate with native speakers.
- You have experience working with English-speaking clients in international companies.
- You have 2−3 years in Support, Sales, or Customer Success — you know how to help clients get results and finish your tasks.
- You don’t just answer questions but build trust with clients. You want to be helpful, not just «handle requests.»
- You are proactive — you see a problem, suggest a solution, and act.
- You are well organized — you plan your day, keep everything under control, and don’t wait for instructions to start working.

Main tasks:
- Communicate by phone, messenger, and email — support, explain, and solve problems.
- Quickly respond to technical, organizational, and platform-related requests.
- Provide clear communication and feedback so everyone stays informed and involved.
- Keep simple and clear documentation — only important information, no extra details.
