Responsibilities
- Independent management of multiple projects;
- Creating and implementing SEO strategies for projects;
- Collaboration with the content team;
- Collaboration with the link-building team;
- Collaboration with the development team;
- Achieving stated KPIs for projects;
- Mentoring and supervising junior and middle-level specialists;
- Testing hypotheses to improve project metrics and analyzing test results;
- Preparing presale audits for potential clients;
- Identifying and proposing growth opportunities for projects.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SEO, with successful project promotion cases;
- At least 3 years of experience in igaming SEO;
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms (Google);
- English at B1 level or higher;
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive SEO strategy, including content strategy, technical optimization, link profile management, user experience (UX) improvement, and behavioral factor analysis;
- Knowing of HTML and CSS at a level sufficient for code analysis from a SEO perspective;
- Experience working with high-traffic and multi-regional websites;
- Deep understanding of all ranking factors;
- Experience with SERM and Parasite SEO;
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO;
- Proficiency in all industry-relevant tools;
- Ability to collaborate with developers, link-building specialists, content managers, and designers;
- Experience with A/B testing of SEO hypotheses;
- Experience in log analysis and bot behavior tracking;
- Ability to defend and justify SEO strategies to business stakeholders;
- Understanding of project business metrics;
- Experience in building SEO dashboards;
- Mentoring of mid-level specialists (task supervision and guidance).

Familiarity with cloaking methods is a plus and will be highly valued.
