Coldi.ai is a leading company in the field of AI-powered voice solutions for call centers. We help businesses automate sales and support operations using next-generation voice agents. Our clients include companies from the finance, insurance, real estate, and B2B sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the company
- Launch and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Manage email marketing through HubSpot: segmentation, analytics, nurturing
- Maintain and grow company presence on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter)
- Take full ownership of the corporate website’s branding and user experience
- Optimize website SEO and conduct A/B testing
- Work with automation tools (n8n, Zapier) to streamline processes
- Collaborate with sales, IT, and web design teams
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Business Manager
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM/email platforms
- Understanding of SEO and UX/UI principles
- Experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier) is a plus
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with performance metrics
- Fluent in Ukrainian and English (Intermediate level or higher)

Would be a plus:
- Experience promoting SaaS or AI-based products
- Familiarity with lead generation tools (Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha)
- Experience managing marketing campaign budgets
- Understanding of call center operations or voice technology
