Job Title: Remote Sales Manager
Location: Remote (Must work 8:00 AM — 4:00 PM CST / Chicago Time)
Job Type: Full-Time
English level: C1 or C2
Salary: base salary + sales commission
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our remote sales team and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning, and the ability to manage a distributed team effectively. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and maintaining client relationships — all within the scheduled hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the sales team
- Set sales goals and develop strategies to meet and exceed them
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Manage the sales pipeline and CRM tools to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts
- Conduct regular virtual meetings, check-ins, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Self-motivated with the ability to lead a remote team effectively
- Able to work full-time, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS, B2B, or tech sales
- Familiarity with remote team collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics
