Responsibilities:
- Receiving initial materials for advertising campaigns (texts, images, videos) and implementing them independently.
- Setting up and launching advertising campaigns on various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitoring the performance of campaigns: tracking key metrics, managing budgets, and ensuring efficiency.
- Optimizing campaigns based on analytics to maximize results.
- Collaborating with creative teams and external contractors to create and update promotional materials.
- Preparing regular performance reports and proposing improvements to the strategy.
Requirements:
- Experience working with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or similar).
- Strong understanding of targeting principles, audience segmentation, and analytics configuration.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Pixel setup, UTM tracking).
- Technical literacy, including tracking configuration, API integrations, and familiarity with advertising systems.
- Ability to work with large data sets, analyze results, and identify growth opportunities.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing within Fintech, IT, or B2B sectors.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
