We seek a Junior QA to manually test mobile applications, websites, and control panels.
About the project: The Mirron project is a 5-year-old initiative in the beauty industry, led by a Japanese chemistry enterprise, targeting salons in West, East, and Southern Africa with future expansion plans. It involves a mobile app/website, admin panel, and backend aimed at distributing Japanese hair products and building a social network to create a vast network of beauty specialists. With over 120,000 users and a high App Store/Google Play rating (~4.7), the project leverages Big Data, CI/CD processes, and auto-testing to enhance productivity. The team values agility and collaboration, avoiding bureaucratic processes while focusing on the best development tactic and long-term strategic planning.
Industries: Beauty, CRM systems, SaaS (Mobile app).
Main responsibilities:
- Testing web and cross-platform mobile applications;
- DB and API testing;
- Regression testing;
- Maintain the existing QA documentation;
- Communication with developers and a project manager.

Our ideal QA:
- Has at least 6 months year of experience in a similar position;
- Knows English at the Upper Intermediate level to work with test documentation and write tickets;
- Has a good understanding of QA essentials and theory and knowledge of issue-tracking systems;
- Has practical skills in manual testing for web applications and API (SOAP/REST);
- Understands of HTML + CSS essentials;
- Utilizes Postman, DBeaver or any other DB testing tools;
- Able to create basic SQL requests (e.g., find duplicates);
- Confidently conducts cross-browser and cross-platform testing;
- Attentive to details and intolerant of mistakes;
- Thinks positively and easily finds a common language with different people, and knows how to work in a team.

Will be a plus:
- Ability to check layouts Pixel-perfectly;
- Experience with testing complex business flows of corporate-like level projects;
- Has solid understanding and hands-on experience in test case design;
- Familiar with various testing methods;
- Experience in testing multicomponent systems (web services/SQL DB’s/third-party integrations).
