We’re hiring a Sales & Operations Coordinator to help manage incoming inquiries, support client communication, and assist with event logistics. This is a full-time remote role for someone who can keep multiple events moving forward at once, stay on top of every client request, and work seamlessly with our team of artists and event staff.
About the Role
The Sales & Operations Coordinator will support all phases of the event lifecycle, from initial client inquiry to post-event follow-up. The position provides exposure to a wide range of business functions, including marketing, legal, recruiting, sales, and operations, as well as the tools and systems used to manage them.
This is an opportunity to join the organization during a period of rapid growth, with potential to assume expanded responsibilities over time. The role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to ensure all operational details are completed accurately and on schedule.
Core Responsibilities
- Sales. Respond to inbound messages and phone inquiries from potential and current clients in a timely and professional manner
- Leads management. Support the sales process by following up with leads, tracking communication, and ensuring no opportunities are missed
- Event preparation. Assist with scheduling events, preparing documents, and keeping communication organized between the studio and clients
- Event coordination. Coordinate the logistics and timelines for upcoming events, including communication with artists, assistants, and coordinators
- Recruiting. Support recruiting efforts by helping review applicants and assisting with onboarding new artists and event assistants
- Team training. Developing and leading internal programs dedicated to training the event teams to ensure the highest quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Strong / near-native written and spoken English
- Confident in speaking on the phone and handling client communication
- Excellent organization, reliability, and follow-through
- Comfortable using Google Docs, Gmail, Calendar and basic admin tools
- Fast and stable internet connection
- Reliable home or office setup to handle video calls
- Previous experience in customer service, coordination, or sales support is a plus
- Must be available to work full-time during U.S. Central Time hours
