We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Distribution Specialist to join our team, where you’ll become an essential part of maximizing the organic reach of our talents through the effective distribution of their content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter (X), TikTok, Threads, YouTube Shorts, and more.
This is not a content creation position — you’ll be responsible for distributing, optimizing, and strategizing ways to expand reach across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage accounts, coordinate publications, and distribute content on social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter (X), TikTok, Threads, YouTube Shorts, etc.;
- Monitor analytics, track trends, evaluate stats, and proactively report on content performance across all platforms;
- Strategize and experiment with new methods for expanding reach, developing content distribution «combos» and creative cross-posting opportunities to maximize visibility;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, social media updates, algorithm changes, and viral trends — especially in the US market.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous hands-on experience with Instagram, including a solid understanding of its algorithms, culture, and trends within the US market;
- Ideally, experience working with additional platforms such as Twitter (X), TikTok, Threads, and YouTube Shorts;
- Creativity and a willingness to experiment with new distribution tactics.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
