We are a European e-commerce company with over 7 years of experience selling our own and seasonal products in more than 13 countries worldwide. Our main sales channels include Amazon, Shopify, and eBay.
As we continue to scale, we are looking for a ?RnD Specialist. This role goes far beyond simply ordering products — you’ll be a key player in identifying market trends, generating new product ideas, developing concepts, and working closely with suppliers to turn ideas into successful, high-quality products.
? Responsibilities:
?? Management of R&D projects from idea to first sales.
?? Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify high-potential product opportunities.
?? Source, assess, and negotiate with suppliers to find the best quality/price/lead time balance.
?? Organize sample testing to ensure products meet expectations.
?? Managing inventory and ensuring product availability in stock.
?? Launch of a new products from A to Z (from idea to result) to the market.
? Requirements:
- 3+ Proven experience in product research, sourcing, or procurement.
- E-commerce experience required (especially Amazon,Walmart, eBay, TikTok shop).
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and product lifecycle.
- Experience in identifying and launching new product ideas from concept to production.
- Deep knowledge of supplier sourcing and evaluation.
- Excellent negotiation skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency working with Excel, Google Workspace.
- English at B2 level or higher (both written and verbal).
