Responsibilities
- Conduct 15−30 minute video interviews to assess candidates' cultural fit.
- Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring all stages are tracked and organized.
- Host 8−10 interviews per day.
- Represent the company professionally during interviews, maintaining a confident on-camera presence.

Requirements
- Proven experience conducting interviews.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
- English at C2 level — near-native or native fluency.
- Professional equipment setup: HD camera, quality microphone, good lighting, neat background.
- Strong ability to follow established processes and guidelines.
