Your Duties Would Include:
- 2/2 working schedule, 12-hour shifts.
- Answering inquiries (written communication only)
- Identifying problems and escalating them to the respective departments
- Working with CRM systems and admin panel

Our Candidate:
- Is proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
- Is polite and flexible
- Has great written communication skills
- Knows how to handle objections and persuade clients
