We’re currently looking for an experienced Senior Google Ads Specialist / Team Lead — a paid media expert with a strong background in Google Ads and team management. You should have deep knowledge of strategic planning, campaign optimization, analytics, and the ability to mentor junior specialists. You’ll also be hands-on with key client accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Full-cycle management of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, Video, PMax) with budgets of €10,000+ per client per month
- Team leadership: task setting, quality control, training, and mentoring
- Deep analysis and optimization using GA4 and end-to-end analytics
- Working with Google Merchant Center, Google Business Profile, GTM — full setup and troubleshooting
- Developing advertising strategies, briefing designers and video editors, conducting A/B tests for creatives and audiences
- Selecting the best ad solutions based on each client’s business goals
- Setting up GDPR-compliant campaigns for the EU
- Building internal business processes aimed at improving team efficiency
- Conducting audits of client Google Ads accounts — identifying mistakes in previous campaign setups
- Monthly performance reviews, writing detailed reports with insights and recommendations for the upcoming month based on tested hypotheses

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a marketing agency in a similar role
- 5+ years of experience with Google Ads and managing €10K+/month budgets per client
- Expert-level knowledge of all Google Ads formats, and a working understanding of Yandex tools
- Strong analytical thinking and multitasking skills
- Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
- Experience managing a team of 10+ people
- Confident user of GA4 and GTM
- Data analysis skills in Excel/Google Sheets — including building dashboards and reports
