Responsibilities
- Mediation between the client and internal teams: marketing, sales, media buying, SEO, creative production, finance;
- Assistance in resolving conflict situations;
- Regular reporting to the client (metrics, results, efficiency);
- Collecting client feedback (NPS);
- Gathering and analyzing data on client work;
- Monitoring campaign results and effectiveness;
- Working with the HubSpot CRM and preparing reports;
- Searching for additional growth opportunities: extra services, expansions, contract renewals;
- Preparing commercial proposals;
- Controlling contracts, payments, and debts;
- Interaction with the legal and finance departments;
Probation Goals:
- Retain the client for a long term;
- Increase the client’s LTV (Lifetime Value);
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction (Customer Satisfaction);
- Increase revenue from the client;
- Reduce churn;
- Ensure effective interaction between the client and the team.
Requirements
- 1−2+ years of account management experience;
- Experience in the niche is a big plus;
- Knowledge of the products we sell;
- Multitasking skills;
- Experience handling a large number of deals;
- Conflict resolution skills;
- English B2 or higher (correspondence, occasional meetings, calls);
- Understanding of LTV, LPS, customer satisfaction, churn;
- Experience working with HubSpot CRM and reporting;
- Managing and developing existing clients;
- Building long-term relationships with clients;
- Conducting meetings, presentations, and reporting sessions;
- Coordinating internal and external resources to fulfill client tasks;
- Agreeing on deadlines, briefs, budgets, and KPIs;
- Monitoring fulfillment of obligations to clients.
