We are looking for a Senior and Middle FlightDispatcher / Aircraft Dispatcher / Flight Operations Officer / Flight Planner in Prague, Kiev, Skopje, Houston, Worldwide to join our team who have the good skills in communication, analytics, task prioritizing and multitasking.
Position Overview
Delivering top-notch flight briefings, routes and safety analyses to business/corporate jet pilots from fortune 500 companies. Complex flight analyses with decision making process, direct comm with crew.
Ready to work shifts (day, night, weekend holidays)
12h shift / average 180h per month
Type of job: Full time, Hybrid/Office/Remote
Main responsibilities are:
- Flight planning analyses (routes evaluation in view of a/c performance/safety/permits/tech stop/restrictions, NOTAMs, WX, ETP and emergency landing capabilities)
- Performance calculations / OFP / dispatch
- Preparation of crew briefings and keeping crews updated 24/7, on phone comm with US crew
- Flight following / ERP
- Fuel planning
- Liaising with external providers (handling agents, FBOs, fuel suppliers, Civil Aviation Authorities etc.)

Professional Requirements:
- Good English speaking/writing
- Strong aviation background (min 2 years experience of flight planning)
- Worldwide operations experience
- Extended long range planning and dispatch (ETOPS/EDTO planning)
- Flight panning engines (Arinc Direct, PPS, ForeFlight)
- Experience with different business jet types (Global 5/6/7500, GLF 5/6/7, Falcon 6x/7x/8x, BBJ)
- Dispatcher License
- Self organized and task priority capable, good analytical skills
