Location: Fully Remote (Working UK Hours)

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and experienced Property Manager to join our team and play a key role in dealing with tenants and landlords in managing property-related issues. Make sure that each and every complain or request received and addressed properly in the very short period of time.
This is a remote full-time role Monday through Friday from 9am to 5:30PM UK hours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming inquiries and complains through our internal CRM system
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with our maintenance team
- Ensure timely follow-up on reported issues until resolution
- Provide professional and prompt support to both tenants and landlords

Requirements:
- Excellent English written and verbal (Essential)
- Previous experience in property management, customer service or tenant relations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
