Now, we’re looking for a Night Travel Manager to join our Back Office team and ensure that our clients' needs are met flawlessly — even while the world sleeps.
? Your Role:
As a Night Travel Manager, you’ll be the magic behind seamless overnight travel and lifestyle support. From securing last-minute reservations to coordinating urgent travel needs, you’ll be the reliable and proactive point of contact for our international clientele.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and manage overnight client requests for travel and lifestyle services
- Book and modify accommodation, transfers, and transportation services globally
- Source rates and offers from suppliers and service partners
- Arrange restaurant reservations, event tickets, and entertainment bookings
- Organize and confirm vehicle rentals and private transfers
- Maintain accurate booking records and process payments
- Collaborate with the operations team for seamless request fulfillment
- Stay current on global travel trends, rules, and restrictions

? What You Bring
- 1+ year of experience in the travel, tourism, or concierge industry
- Native / Advanced Ukrainian or Russian; Upper-Intermediate English or higher is a must
- Excellent formal communication skills, judgment and discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to handle non-standard situations
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- A team player with a «no task is too small» attitude
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Confident PC skills (especially MS Office)
- A proactive mindset with a desire to go the extra mile for the client
- Personal travel experience is a plus!

Week 1 • Monday, Wednesday, Friday — 18:00 to 09:00 CET • Sunday — Full day
Week 2 • Tuesday, Thursday — 18:00 to 09:00 CET • Saturday — Full day
