About Us
We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and highly organized Assistant to the CEO to work across the three companies and support our fast-paced daily operations.

What You’ll Do
- Updating the website
- Prepare daily reports
- Support the CEO in managing and prioritizing tasks across three startups
- Organize schedules, calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Prepare presentations, reports, and internal documents
- Assist with research, light tech tasks, and web-based tools
- Communicate with hotel partners, service providers, and internal teams
- Manage day-to-day admin duties and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in hospitality (hotel front office, reservations, operations, etc.)
- Basic IT skills (Google Workspace, Trello, Excel, WIX)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Startup mindset: resourceful, agile, and solution-oriented
- Previous experience in a remote role is a plus
