Collaborator — Digital PR and Content Distribution Marketplace is a PR distribution marketplace that connects advertisers with website and telegram channel owners. As we continue to grow our presence in English-speaking markets, we’re looking for an SMM Specialist with a comprehensive skill set in digital marketing, content creation, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of social media marketing channels alongside a proven track record in digital campaigns and social media marketing strategies.
Responsibilities of the SMM Specialist at Сollaborator — Digital PR and Content Distribution Marketplace Trend Monitoring:
Continuously track SEO news and SMM trends across various social media platforms
Analyze new formats and algorithm changes that could affect promotion Content Plan Creation:
Develop a content plan based on current trends, marketing goals, and company priorities
Coordinate topics and formats with the team Content Creation:
Prepare content for social media (texts, visuals, and videos) tailored to the specifics of each platform
Collaborate closely with the writer, designer, and other relevant specialists Communication and Audience Engagement:
Manage comments and messages in the corporate account
Comment on posts from other relevant accounts to increase brand awareness and build connections Performance Analysis:
Track content and campaign performance metrics
Prepare reports with recommendations for improvements
Requirements and Preferences for the Candidate:
Always stay on trend. Constantly monitor SEO news, digital marketing, and SMM trends. Analyze new formats, features, algorithm updates, and viral content.
Understand which formats work best for different social networks. Our active social media channels include:

Twitter & Bsky

TikTok
Reddit
You will collaborate with a team consisting of a designer, copywriter, and marketer across all these platforms.
SEO knowledge. Basic SEO knowledge or willingness to quickly learn during onboarding (internal courses provided).
Relevant portfolio. We value real results over years of experience. An ideal portfolio includes:
Short videos in various formats
Carousels
Memes and creative visuals with captions
Work experience in tech/IT companies. This is a big plus, as our industry is very different from retail or fashion.
Hard Skills & Tools:
Design, editing, and content creation tools: Canva, Figma, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar
Analytics: LinkedIn Analytics, TikTok Insights, YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite (Meta Insights), Google Analytics, and PowerBI (preferred but not required)
AI tools: ChatGPT, Midjourney / DALL·E — preferably with knowledge of how to use them for idea and visual generation.
