Technical Support Specialist (English)

Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support in English and assist in resolving technical issues related to the company’s products.
- Collaborate with the company’s development team to address customer concerns.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English: Upper intermediate level or higher.
- Experienced PC User: Comfortable with using various software and tools.
- Customer-Oriented: Friendly demeanor and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Technical Background: Basic understanding of technical concepts.
- Development Desire: Keen interest in growing within the field of customer service.
- Experience: Prior experience in support, call centers, customer service, etc., is a plus.
