Currently, our team consists of 15 full-time and 5 part-time professionals, and we are excited to welcome new members to help drive our success further.
Now, we are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll oversee the full employee lifecycle, support business growth with effective HR processes, and ensure a great employee experience. What we expect from our candidate:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Upper-Intermediate English or above (both written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability towork independently and take ownership of projects.
- Comfortable with working through a time-tracker.

What will you do?
- Lead the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, adaptation, retention, offboarding.
- Own the recruitment process — improve speed, quality, and candidate experience.
- Design competitive compensation & benefits packages.
- Build and run training & development programs that truly work.
- Strengthen corporate culture, drive engagement, and lead employee surveys.
- Ensure accurate and timely Monthly Payroll.
